Coach Lisa Payne on Elias: EJ was a great leader for our sprinters this year. He came to practice each day prepared and ready to work hard. He had a good attitude and was focused on his goals to improve in individual events and the 4×100. EJ used every workout as an opportunity to get faster and improve his skills. That example of work ethic will be missed next year.
