Game Recap

Emerald Vikings C-Team and Clinton passed the lead back-and-forth on Thursday, but eventually Clinton prevailed 4-3. The game was tied at three with Clinton batting in the top of the seventh when White singled off of Miles Blaxton, driving in one run.
Emerald captured the lead in the first inning. An error scored one run for the Vikings.

In the bottom of the sixth inning, Emerald Vikings C-Team tied things up at three. Stokes Cromer grounded out, scoring one run.

Smith earned the win for Clinton. He went four innings, surrendering two runs, zero hits, and striking out three. Miles Blaxton took the loss for the Vikings C-Team. He threw one and one-third innings, surrendering one run, one hit, striking out two, and walking one.
Alexander started the game for Clinton. He threw three innings, allowing one run, zero hits, and striking out one. Chase Prochaska started the game for Emerald. He went five innings, allowing two runs, five hits, and striking out three.

Cam Lollis and Cromer each drove in one run to lead Vikings. Clinton collected six hits. White and Carroll each collected multiple hits for Clinton.
